Lance Macdonald, our Manager of People Solutions, is a tenacious and highly respected Management Recruiter with a 6-year history of recruiting strategically for diverse industry segments. Sandra Gomes, our other Manager of People Solutions, is labeled as one of the best Recruiters in our 20 years of business and has a post-graduate degree in Industrial Sociology and Anthropology.

After several years of developing her skills in the Recruiting industry, Lisa recognized a need for a different approach. Since founding PSG in 1991, Lisa and her team have consistently applied this strategy to literally thousands of successful executive search projects. PSG has experience and long-standing customer relationships in a wide variety of industries and functional areas such as Utilities/Energy, Aviation, Professional Services, CPG, Manufacturing and Civil Construction.
